Slingshot Only Executive Membership Program

Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over.
• Distributors and re-sellers are not eligible for the Executive Membership program.
• Slingshot Only reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at Slingshot Only's discretion and without cause.
• Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by Slingshot Only including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time without notice.

Membership Cards and Fees

• Membership cards are valid for one 12 month Calendar Year (January 1st-December 31st) regardless of date of enrollment.
• Membership fees are $97.00/year and are non-refundable.
• Your membership card is valid both in-store and online at Slingshot Only and is not transferable.
• Report lost or stolen cards to sales@slingshotonly.com immediately, or call 1-941-203-5792.
• Cards remain the property of Slingshot Only and must be returned upon request.

Membership Renewal

• Membership cards expire at the end of each calendar year regardless of date of enrollment.
• You will receive a renewal notice by mail each year. Renewal fees are due on December 31st each Calendar Year.
  • You may remit your renewal fee by mail, online at www.slingshotonly.com or by phone at (941) 203 - 5792.
• You will not receive new membership cards each year.
• All renewals will be at the membership fee in effect on the date the membership fee is paid.

Payment & Rewards

• At the end of each calendar year, receive 2% reward in the form of product credit on eligible purchases made at Slingshot Only during the dates of enrollment.
• Eligible Purchases will be indicated as so in the product details section of the product listing.
• Slingshot Only accepts all credit cards, as well as cash, and debit/ATM. Photo identification and approval by a supervisor or manager may be required.
