Thank you for visiting and shopping at Slingshotonly.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns and Refund Policy.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns 

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, you must first fill out the warranty/returns form located on the website and receive approval from a member of the Slingshot Only team. Failure to do so may result in extended delays and/or extra fees. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be accompanied by your order number and your packing slip with proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable. 

All sales are final on special order items (custom powder coat, built-to-order, etc.) and are non-refundable. Special circumstances may apply for a return. Please contact Slingshotonly.com for additional information.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be informed of the status of your refund at that time. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original order payment method. 

You will receive a refund within approximately 24-48 hours or up to 4 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be notified of this fee at the time your refund is approved.

Warranty Policy

It is always our goal here at Slingshot Only to keep our customers happy and satisfied with the service and products they receive. If a product that you have received falls short of the manufacturer’s intended standards and is covered under that manufacturer’s warranty policy, please contact us, and we would be more than happy to assist you with the claim process on your behalf. However, please note that if your item is no longer covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy, or if your actions have subsequently violated the manufacturer’s warranty policy, we may be unable to accommodate your request.

Please be aware that many manufacturers consider mounted/installed products to be in immediate violation of their warranty/claim policies. Always carefully and thoroughly inspect all items received for damage prior to installation. Once installed, you may be unable to file a warranty claim.
