WHAT IS HYDRO-DIPPING? Hydro-dipping is the process of applying printed designs to 3D objects.

HOW DOES IT WORK? A film printed with the graphics on it is placed on the surface of a vat of water. An activator chemical is sprayed on the film to dissolve it into a liquid. The piece is then lowered into the vat, through the floating ink layer, which wraps around and adheres to it. After removing the piece from the water it is rinsed and dried, then a top coat is placed on the item.
