DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders $100.00 or more are eligible for Free Shipping within the contiguous United States. Any order $99.99 or less will be subject to a flat rate Shipping Fee of $10.00. Slingshotonly.com does ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories as well as P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, additional fees may apply to addresses not located within the contiguous United States.

Overnight Shipping and Delivery
Overnight, Next Day and Express shipping is available upon request and subject to an additional shipping cost.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that your order is complete once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, this allows for carrier updates to ensure accurate tracking information is provided.
*Any order placed over the phone and not through Slingshotonly.com will NOT be provided tracking information.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Slingshotonly.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Slingshotonly.com will assume responsibility for any damages to products received from shipping, please contact Slingshotonly.com immediately upon receipt of damaged product and do not throw packaging materials and damaged goods away. This will allow us to file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement product.
Slingshotonly.com does NOT assume responsibility and is not liable for any product lost or stolen during shipping or delivery. If your product was not delivered, lost, or stolen please contact your carrier immediately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
International Shipping Is Available Upon Request ONLY and will incur shipping charges. This includes shipments to Canada. Please call or email for these shipping rates.
